Is the first month really free?
Yes. New tenants get their first month of storage free. You only pay any applicable administrative or insurance fees at move-in, the storage rent for month one is on us.
What does the 7-month rate lock mean?
Your monthly rate is guaranteed not to increase for 7 months from the start of your rental. After 7 months, standard rate adjustments may apply, but we always give notice in advance.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. Our storage agreements are month-to-month. The rate lock is a benefit, not a contract, you can move out whenever you need to.
Does the special apply to all unit types?
